- Seller Feedback: This is specifically about the experience a customer had with you as a seller. It reflects how well you handled shipping, customer service, packaging, and more.
Both are critical to your Amazon success and they impact different aspects of your seller account.
How to Collect Product Reviews with GetReviews
When you begin setting up your GetReviews account, the default settings are for you to request customers to leave a product review.

How to Collect Seller Feedback with GetReviews
If you have an account with GetReviews and would like to get seller feedback, follow the steps below:
1. Login to your GetReviews account
2. Go to your Marketplace settings by clicking your profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Click on your desired Amazon marketplace. For this guide, we have selected Amazon Canada.
Under Review Settings, you should see an empty field. This is the default setting as we generate the URL dynamically based on the product purchased. This leads you to receive a product review.
4. To receive seller feedback, place this URL in the Review Settings field.

IMPORTANT: Depending on the Amazon marketplace you have selected, you must make a small edit to the URL. For example, for Amazon.com (Amazon US), the URL is:
https://www.amazon.com/hz/feedback?ie=UTF8&order={ {ORDERNUMBER} }
For Amazon.co.uk (Amazon UK), the URL is:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/hz/feedback?ie=UTF8&order={ {ORDERNUMBER} }
5. Scroll down and click Save!
6. When a customer is completing the survey, they will be redirected to the seller feedback page to leave a review.
If you are selling on multiple Amazon marketplaces such as Amazon US and Amazon CA, you must edit the Review Settings for each.
Example of GetReviews Survey for Seller Feedback
Once you have made these changes to your marketplaces, let's see this in action and how the survey flow will look like for the customer. Note that depending on how you set up your account, it may look different from below.
Step 1: Your customer will proceed with Step 1 of the survey, which is where they are asked to select which product they purchased, the marketplace, and their order number.
The order number is required for you to receive seller feedback.
Step 2: Your customer will leave you a star rating and written review.
Step 3: Your customer can copy and paste the review they have written. They will be directed to Amazon to leave the review.
Your customer will be sent to the page where they can leave seller feedback.
