Multimarketplace review collection

We are happy to announce the release of multi-marketplace review collection on GetReviews. What exactly is multi-marketplace review collection? Let me explain. Previously, GetReviews only collected reviews from customers who purchased on Amazon. If you sold something on Walmart or Target and wanted to use GetReviews to collect customer reviews, you were out of luck.

With the release of multi-marketplace review collection, the days of GetReviews only working on Amazon are long gone. Now, GetReviews is able to collect customer reviews on all marketplaces. Meaning the GetReviews survey can now generate customer reviews on AmazonWalmartTargetEtsy, and more! Essentially any marketplace that collects customer reviews online, you can now use GetReviews to collect customer reviews on these marketplaces.

With this launch, you can now enable as many marketplaces on your GetReviews account as you'd like at no extra charge. Meaning that if you sell on Amazon, Walmart, and Target, you can now enable all three of these marketplaces on your GetReviews account and begin collecting verified customer reviews on these marketplaces. You can also enable as many marketplaces on each survey as you'd like.

For example, say you sold the same product on Amazon, Walmart, and Target, and you didn't want to go through the hassle of creating and maintaining three separate GetReviews surveys (one for each marketplace,) but instead wanted to drive traffic from all three marketplaces back to one GetReviews survey. This is now possible in GetReviews. Customer's are simply asked the additional question of "Where did you purchase?" where they then select the marketplace they purchased your product on, and are taken through the corresponding review flow. Simple as that!
